Do you offer a trial period for mattresses?
Yes, we offer a 100-night sleep trial. If you are not completely satisfied with your mattress after a 30-night adjustment period, you can return it for a full refund or exchange.

How do I care for my Dorelan bedding products?
To maintain the quality of your products, we recommend following the specific care instructions on the label. Most covers are removable and machine washable at low temperatures.
Is there a warranty on your furniture and mattresses?
Absolutely. All Dorelan mattresses come with a 10-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects, while our bed frames and accessories include a 2-year warranty.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this window, the order may have entered the production or shipping phase and cannot be altered.
